In 2010, Agnes became one of the judges in the talent show Indonesian Idol.^[48] Her presence at the show arose a dispute in the beginning because she was considered too young.^[49] In the same year, she was also appointed as the ambassador of the MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) in combating human trafficking.^[50]

On November 21, 2010, Agnes was chosen as one of the international red carpet hosts in the annual American Music Awards at Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, United States.^[51] Few months after her appearance at AMA 2010, she announced that she had signed to Sony/ATV Music Publishing and was currently working on her debut English studio album in London, England and Los Angeles, United States.^[52] The release date of her first international album is yet to be announced.

Agnes released a greatest hits album Agnes Is My Name on February 2, 2011, which compiled all her top hit singles and another two new songs "Karena Ku Sanggup" and "Paralyzed".^[53] In just three months, the album sold 1 million copies, making her receive "Million Awards" award from Indonesian KFC, a fast-food chain that she engaged to market the album.^[54] Her first new song, "Karena Ku Sanggup" made her win Best Pop Female Singer at 2011 AMI awards.^[55] She also won the Most Inbox Video Clip at 2011 Inbox Awards from SCTV for the later song, "Paralyzed", which was made in Indonesia and The United States.^[56]

In 2011, Agnes recorded a duet version of "Said I Loved You...But I Lied" with American singer Michael Bolton for his compilation album, Gems: The Duets Album.^[57] The song was released in the album's international version in all over Asia, including Japan.^[58] In the same year, she is also nominated in the Worldwide Acts - Asia Pacific Nominees category for 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards.^[59]
